CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares provide necessary funding for small farms' growing season at a time when income is low. CSAs also remove the ~middle man~. With CSAs community can connect with local farmers, learn about where their food and florals come from, and share in the risks / realities of farming.
When you join, you'll receive your chosen CSA offering delivered at your chosen frequency, access to specialty items and art collaborations, and an opportunity to support our first-year farm.
Our CSA is also where we play with new floral design techniques, offer farm visits and volunteer opportunities, and share updates about our growing practice. This CSA is our farm's home away from home.

Start and End Dates
Our CSA season runs from May-October, with a two week break in late June / early July.
With Whole Season CSAs, members support the entire growing season with weekly (20 weeks) or every other week (10 weeks) delivery.
Our Seasonal CSA allows members to join for one portion of our growing season. Seasonal CSAs are released throughout the growing season, usually 2 months prior to the start of that CSA.
- Spring | 4 or 8 weeks | May 4th - June 26th
- Summer | 4 or 8 weeks | July 13th - September 2nd
- Fall | 4 weeks | September 7th - October 1st

Styles and Frequency
Our CSA comes in three different styles, at a frequency of your choice and to fit with your budget:
- ~little~ CSA: small designed arrangements (10-20 stems)
- ~big~ CSA: large designed arrangements (30-40 stems)
- ~DIY~ CSA: a small floral bucket (20-30) stems to create your own arrangements
Each of these styles can be purchased either seasonally or for the whole season, with delivery weekly or every other week.

Delivery Considerations
CSAs are delivered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays throughout the season between 2-6pm. After your CSA purchase, you'll receive an email with a short order follow-up form where you can share your delivery address and any delivery guidelines.
Delivery days are determined by location. In addition to delivery within Seattle city limits, our CSA delivers to Renton, Burien, White Center, and Bellevue. If you have questions about if your location falls within our delivery area, please reach out.
We cannot reimburse for stolen CSAs ~~ please choose a delivery location that is best for you to collect your flowers. If you do not receive your CSA on your delivery date, please contact us as soon as you notice.

Going Out-of-Town ?
We offer one included out-of-town reschedule per CSA member, per growing season. If you know you will be out-of-town for a particular delivery week, we can reschedule your flower CSA to another delivery day for no added cost.

Vase / Floral Bucket Return
Our CSAs are delivered in vases or floral buckets. These items are not included in the cost of your CSA. If we deliver your arrangement in a vessel you love, you can purchase it as an add-on in the CSA shop.
Otherwise, all vases and floral buckets and should be left out prior to your next CSA delivery (like an old-school milk bottle!). There will also be a vase drop off location in Seattle (TBD!) if you forget to leave your vase out.

CSA Shop + General Communications
After you join the CSA, you will receive a follow-up email to share details about your delivery location + floral preferences.
As a CSA member, you will receive an email a week before your CSA begins and during the last week of your CSA. You will receive a card with your CSA that shares about the floral varieties in your arrangement and offerings in the CSA shop.
As a CSA member, you'll have access to a CSA-only shop. There you can view / purchase add-ons throughout the season (for example ~ a vase or floral bucket from your CSA delivery).
Seasonal add-ons may include artist-made vases, early access to flower plant starts / dahlia tubers, dried flower garlands, edible flowers, fresh herbs, flower-dyed fabric products, flower-dye kits, dried flower beeswax candles, and other goods from local Seattle artists and farmers.

Unpredictable Circumstances
Farming is an imperfect and unpredictable beauty! If we cannot get you your CSA for any reason (crop failure, sick farmer), you will receive an alert and refund within 24 hours of the cancelled delivery date.
We also offer an option to forgo refunds throughout the season. This option lets you share the risk of the growing season with us. If you select to share the risk, instead of receiving a refund you will receive your arrangement during a spontaneous week in our season. If you have a whole season CSA, you will receive your arrangements between October 5th-16th.
If you would like to share the risk instead of receiving refunds, you can select this option after purchase in your order follow-up form.

Other Refunds / Cancellations
We provide CSA order cancellations within two weeks of purchase. However, we cannot provide refunds or cancellations after the two week mark or during the growing season.
We can change your CSA delivery address within our delivery areas at any time during the season.
If you move out of our delivery areas or can no longer receive your CSA, you can transfer the remaining share to a friend or with your blessing, we will offer the remaining share to a non-CSA community member as mutual aid <3
